About DeskKit

What is DeskKit?

DeskKit is a Hebrew site that brings together free tools for freelancers, small businesses and job seekers. The tools run in the browser, with nothing to install, with a free account.

What does DeskKit offer?

Six groups of tools: business tools (CRM, calendar, price quotes and automations), tools for job seekers (a resume builder, 15 templates and a job-match check), documents (price quotes, receipts and invoices and e-signature, all as PDF), AI help inside the tools, finance tools (a 2026 freelancer tax calculator and 21 Excel templates), and a business website builder with free publishing. There are also 10 PowerPoint templates and guides in Hebrew. See the full list of tools

Is there one site with the tools a small business needs?

Yes. DeskKit has, under one account, a business website, price quotes, receipts and invoices, a CRM with a calendar, e-signature, a tax calculator and Excel and PowerPoint templates, in Hebrew. Each tool also works on its own, and there is no bundle you have to buy.

Who is it for?

Exempt and licensed dealers, freelancers and small businesses who want to look professional without learning a complicated system. The resume tool also suits job seekers.

Can I use just one tool?

Yes. Each tool works on its own. There's no bundle you have to buy, and nothing recurring unless you turn on automations. How to use the tools at each business stage

Is there an English interface?

Yes. The EN button at the top switches the interface to English. Resumes, quotes and invoices can also be produced as English documents, and the 21 Excel templates are available in English too. The deck templates and most guides are in Hebrew only.

Does DeskKit replace accounting software?

No. DeskKit produces quotes, receipts and invoices as PDFs and has Excel templates for tracking income and expenses, but it doesn't keep books and doesn't replace accounting software or an accountant.

Prices and payments

Is there a monthly subscription?

No, except for automations. You create, edit and download for free, with a small DeskKit label, and remove it with a one-time payment only if you want: ₪29 for all your resumes, ₪49 for all your quotes and invoices, or ₪199 per website. Templates, e-signature, the tax calculator and the CRM are free. Automations are a monthly plan: Basic at ₪49 (5 sales automations) or Pro at ₪99 (all 13), with a 7-day trial and cancel any time.

What do the paid options include?

The one-time payments remove the label: from all the resumes in your account (₪29), from all the quotes and invoices in your account (₪49), or from one website (₪199), for existing and future documents alike, with no subscription. Automations are a monthly plan: Basic at ₪49 (5 sales automations) or Pro at ₪99 (all 13), with a 7-day trial, cancel any time, and a full automatic refund if you cancel within 14 days of the first payment.

Can I get a refund?

For one-time extras (removing the label from documents or a site) Israel's Consumer Protection Law applies: a transaction for digital content already delivered cannot be canceled once delivered. If something doesn't work or doesn't match its description, write to us and we'll fix it. Full details are in the sales and cancellation policy. The Automate plan is different: cancel any time with the "Cancel plan" button in the app, and cancelling within 14 days of the first payment refunds it in full, automatically.

Account and sign-up

Do I need to sign up to use the tools?

Yes. Every tool works with a free account, the e-signature tool and tax calculator included, and signing up needs no credit card. The explainer pages, guides and templates are open to see without an account; downloading a template needs a free account. Sign up free

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Sign in with your Google account, or with email and a password.

How do I delete my account?

Your account settings let you delete the account and all its content permanently, without contacting us.

Files and use

What do I get at the end?

It depends on the tool: resumes, quotes, invoices and signatures download as a PDF, templates as Excel or PowerPoint files, and a website is published live with its own link.

Can I edit the document?

Yes. Resumes are edited directly in DeskKit's live builder before downloading, and sites are edited and updated anytime through the builder, even after publishing. Deck (PowerPoint) and spreadsheet (Excel) files arrive as an open file, fully editable in the matching software on your own computer.

How do I get the files?

You download straight from the browser, from the tool itself or the template page, once signed in to your free account. A website isn't downloaded as a file: it's published and you get a link to it.

Can I use the results for my own business?

Yes. The final result (the resume, deck, site, etc.) is yours to use personally or commercially without limitation. The license does not include reselling or redistributing the template or the underlying code itself as your own product. Full details are in the terms of use.

Can I download a resume as a Word file?

No. Resumes in DeskKit download as a PDF only. If you already have a resume in a Word file (.docx) or as text, you can import it into the builder with AI (a few free tries) and keep editing it there. To the resume builder

AI help

What does the AI do, and how often can I use it?

The AI helps with wording and getting started: a site draft from the questionnaire, changes to and a review of your site, better wording and a job-match check for resumes, importing a resume from a Word file, and a draft quote or invoice. Each tool has a few free tries: 3 for resumes and the website, and 5 for a quote or invoice draft. The decks in DeskKit are ready PowerPoint templates, with no automatic slide creation.

Privacy

Is the information I enter on the site saved?

Yes. Content you actively save in the tools, such as a resume, business details for a quote or a site project, is stored in your account with Supabase, encrypted and restricted to you alone. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Are my signature and the numbers I type sent to a server?

No. Even when you're signed in, the text, name and signature in the e-signature tool stay in your browser, and the PDF is made on your device. The numbers in the tax calculator are also worked out in the browser and not saved.
