Simple electronic signatureThis is a simple electronic signature, fine for informal agreements, confirmations and short commitments between parties who know each other. It is not a secured or certified electronic signature (one backed by a certificate from a certification authority), and it isn't suitable for documents where the law requires one. If in doubt, talk to a lawyer.
