DeskKit Automate ✨ Automations + CRM

Automations for small businesses: replies, follow-ups and reminders that happen on their own

Your business answers clients and sends reminders on its own, payments included, even while you're with a client, mid-treatment or on site.

Your first automation

  1. Website enquiry
  2. Saved in the CRM
  3. Email to you
  4. Thank-you to the sender
  5. Reminder if you didn't reply

No code · Nothing to install · Cancel any time

How it works

Three steps, a few minutes, and from there it runs on its own.

  1. Connect your website form

Every enquiry from your website form goes straight into DeskKit, with no copying details by hand.

  2. Pick an automation in one click

Each automation is explained in plain words. Want different wording? Edit it and save.

  3. It happens on its own

A reply to the client, a reminder to you and a morning summary. You keep working, and the business doesn't miss a thing.

5 automations that bring in more work

From the moment a client gets in touch until they say yes.

  • Reply to a new enquiry

The sender gets a thank-you right away, and you get an email with all the details.

  • Follow up on an open enquiry

A few short, polite messages until the client decides.

  • Quote reminder

No answer to your quote? A reminder to you to get back to the client. An email to the client is optional too.

  • Quote about to expire

A few days before it expires: a natural reason to get back to the client.

  • Morning summary

One email in the morning: who's waiting for an answer and what needs doing today.

A simple CRM with all your clients

Every enquiry, quote and client in one place. No sticky notes, no digging through WhatsApp.

  • Deals board

See at a glance who got in touch, who got a quote and who closed. Drag a card to the next stage.

  • Client card with a timeline

Every email, quote and conversation with the client, in order. You know exactly where you left off.

  • Tasks

"Call on Sunday", "Send a quote". Simple tasks that don't get forgotten.

  • Business calendar

Meetings, calls and reminders, linked to the client. Tasks, quote expiry dates and payment due dates show up on their own. Free, like the rest of the CRM.

  • Export to Excel

Your data belongs to you. Download all your clients to a file that opens in Excel, in one click.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Pick an automation, read what it will do, and turn it on in one click. You can edit the wording of the messages, and there's nothing technical to set up.

Do I need to connect another system?

No. Everything happens inside DeskKit: the CRM, the emails, the reminders and the summaries. No outside connections and no extra subscription.

How much does it cost?

The CRM is free. The Basic plan is ₪49 a month and the Pro plan is ₪99 a month. Both plans come with a 7-day free trial.

What about Israel's anti-spam law?

Messages to clients are replies to an enquiry they sent, or the continuation of work already going on between you. Marketing emails go only to people who agreed to receive them.

How do I cancel?

The app has a "Cancel plan" button. Click it and that's it. Cancelling with the button within 14 days of the first payment refunds that payment in full, automatically.
